We want Answova to earn its keep. That is why every new client is backed by a money-back guarantee and there are no long-term contracts.
If you are a new client and Answova is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that first payment, including the one-time setup fee. Just email support@answova.pro from the address on your account.
There are no contracts. You can cancel whenever you want, and your cancellation stops any future monthly charges. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
After the 14-day window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial months, but you can still cancel at any time to stop future billing. We do not charge cancellation or early-termination fees.
Email support@answova.pro from your account email, or ask us in your dashboard. We will confirm your cancellation and process any eligible refund to your original payment method.
